House Rules
General House Rules
- Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number stated in your reservation
- No parties, events, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles behind the house in the alley
- No smoking or vaping inside or outside the home. No open flame of any kind
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- Please respect our neighbors and the community
- Report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them
- Please follow all check out instructions and close/lock windows and doors when leaving the home
Pet Policy
- Maximum of 2 pets
- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated
- Please keep pets off furniture and beds unless you bring your own protective covers
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets inside and outside the home
- Any damage, excessive cleaning, or evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fees
- Restricted breeds are not permitted due to insurance requirements
