🌲The Essentials for a Perfect Porch Stay
The Porch was created to feel warm, easy, and welcoming — a true home base while you explore Roslyn and the surrounding mountains. We care deeply about this home and the community around it. These Essentials aren’t meant to feel restrictive — they simply help protect the space so every guest can enjoy it the way you will.
🏡 Stay Basics
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early arrival or late departure may be available with advance request.
Maximum 6 adults.
Registered guests only.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM in respect of our neighbors and City of Roslyn regulations.
No parties or events.
Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
🔥 Fire & Safety
Wildfire risk is very real in our region. As a result, no open flames are allowed inside or outside.
The outdoor propane firepit must comply with current Kittitas County burn restrictions, and guests are responsible for safe and lawful use.
Exterior security cameras are installed outside only for safety purposes.
🚗 Parking
Per City of Roslyn regulations, parking is permitted only in the alley behind the house.
Maximum of 3 vehicles.
🐾 Pets
We love welcoming well-behaved pets. We do, however, have some rules to keep The Porch pet friendly for all:
- Up to 2 pets with prior approval
- $50 per pet, per stay
- Pets must comply with standard homeowner/short-term rental insurance breed restrictions. If you’re unsure whether your pet qualifies, please message us before booking.
- Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated
- Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture unless protective covers are used
- Guests must clean up all pet waste/accidents inside and out
Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges and may affect the reservation.
🧺 Care & Consideration
Please treat The Porch as you would your own home.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear and for excessive cleaning needs. If something breaks or needs attention, we simply ask that you let us know promptly so we can address it quickly and fairly.
🌲 Agreement
By completing a reservation for The Porch, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Essentials and associated policies.
